ESTAT Actuation

ESTAT Actuation is using new electroadhesive clutch technology developed at Carnegie Mellon University to dramatically reduce the weight, size, and cost of actuators. ESTAT’s goal is to provide engineers with powerful actuation hardware that makes their robot or machine more dynamic, capable, and affordable.
