Adil is the Founder and CEO of Kemists, an entrepreneurial group of people who like to build great applications and go fast. He also founded Crowd Interactive, a leading Ruby and Rails consulting firm, and was a co-founder at ModCloth. Adil cares tremendously about user experience, product vision, and building ridiculously good teams. He loves writing code, and does so when time permits.
