Annia is a Public Policy and Management professional (MSc. Public Policy & Management; B.A in Global Policy Studies and Economics). Experience in civic innovation, public-private partnerships, government, program management & design, data analysis, and report writing. Worked in Nicaragua, The Gambia, and the United States. Fluent in Spanish and English.

She currently works as a Senior Civic Innovation Specialist for the City of Pittsburgh. She manages the PGH Lab. She has worked on many boards throughout the Pittsburgh area, and has won many awards (Pittsburgh 30 under 30 winner, Who’s Next 2018: Technology).
