Jennifer Wilhelm is currently the Assistant Director of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Business Attraction at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh where she oversees business financing for early stage tech investments and traditional lending, the City’s Inclusive Innovation team, and works to advance the City’s business attraction and retention strategy. Through her role in business attraction, Jennifer engages companies of all sizes who are interested in moving or expanding their business within the City.

Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in program development and execution, partnership building, strategy development, project management, and policy analysis across nonprofit, for-profit, and government sectors.
